When you contact us
Include your LoopBatch workspace, the platform, and the run or publishing-job identifier shown in LoopBatch. Do not send passwords, OAuth authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or app secrets.
Disconnect an account
Open Connections in LoopBatch and choose Disconnect. You can also remove LoopBatch in the connected platform's account settings. See the disconnect and data-deletion instructions for details.
